We at Flarie claim that the optimal combination is the merge between marketing and gaming. So that is what we do all day. We work with advergaming. And we love it.
Flarie is a place where everyone can come as they are. Sometimes we bicker at the breakfast table, sometimes we are joking instead of working and sometimes we discuss our weekend shenanigans at the morning meeting. But, most of the time we are running towards the same goal - to entertain people all around the globe and at the same time change how people view marketing. 72% of everyone in the world with a smart phone are playing mobile games, making games an important part of reaching and engaging the customers of today. That's why we believe it's such a powerful marketing tool.
We are looking for a hands-on UX-designer who would be working with both interaction design and graphic design to join our growing UX-team. In this position you will be working with global systems handling multiple brands and millions of players by working with all our products. You will be responsible for improving the user experience in our app which has more than 1 million users in Sweden, but also web pages and develop future features and services. Our imagination has no limits and we are constantly developing new products, so it’s great if that is something that you are interested in!

We have a couple of wishes from you as a candidate. We believe that you are creative and have some experience as a UX/UI designer, that you can manage your own time and work well both independently and as part of a team. We'd also like you to:
- Be good at communicating and arguing for your design solutions.
- Enjoy collaborating with developers, product owners and sales to develop great digital products and services.
- Be a ninja in creating prototypes, wireframes and designing graphical interfaces.
- Have some experience of working with user research and translating insight info design.
And of course, no one is happier than us if you also have an interest in gaming and mobile games :)
